Essentrics is a new full body workout that leaves you feeling energized, positive and healthy. Suzanne is the first instructor in Spain to offer this unique upcoming workout.

The technique

Essentrics is a dynamic workout based on the theories of Miranda Esmonde-White that simultaneously lengthens and strengthens every muscle in the body, resulting in greater joint mobility and leaner, longer muscles. It is a full body technique that works through the muscle chains, liberating and empowering the muscles as it relieves them from tension in the process. 

Effective and fun

Through rotational movement to music we work towards numerous goals. While toning your muscles and increasing flexibility, you will also improve posture, preventinjuries, and heal any existing ones. 

Who does Essentrics?

Because we do not use weights or difficult steps, this workout is compatible for every level, age and gender. The exercises are safe and by following a choreography you will be able to master the exercises after a few sessions, so you will quickly start to really feel your new Essentrics body tone.

Essentrics’ carefully focused workout for athletes increases range of motion and immeasurable increase in speed and agility. These help prevent injuries and minimize recovery time. The purpose of this program is to stretch, strengthen and rebalance the full muscular structure leaving you more flexible and agile. Essentrics prepares the muscles and tendons to both withstand the maximum demands of your sport and to rebound injury-free from unexpected twists, turns and stresses. Essentrics is dynamic stretching in motion, which means you develop flexibility the way your body needs it on game day.
